Javier Bravo de Rueda participates in “Itinerarios XXX” at Centro Botín, open until April 19, 2026.

The exhibition brings together the six projects selected in the Fundación Botín 2023 Art Grants program. In his installation, Bravo de Rueda transports visitors to a small museum in Ica, Peru, where enigmatic engraved stones—millions of years old—recount stories of beings from other galaxies. Through records, artifacts, cartoons, murals, sculptures, and sound, his work encourages speculation and invites audiences to wander between travel chronicles, science fiction, and ancestral narratives of uncertain origins and celestial presence
