(Lima, 1973) There is an invisible thread that threads David Zink Yi’s works, performances and installations: his interest in the processes, origins and organic connections of things that are imbued with a sensual and intuitive component. David Zink Yi studied at the Kunst Akademie, Munich and the Universität der Künste, Berlin. David Zink Yi was born in Lima, Peru in 1973. He has studied at Berufsfachshule, Munich; Kunst Akademie, Munich and at the University of Künste, Berlin. Lives and works in Berlin.
