Sandra Gamarra Heshiki’s “Réplica”, the first retrospective dedicated to the artist, brings together 72 works produced between 2003 and 2026 at the MASP. The exhibition examines over two decades of her practice, addressing colonial legacies and the ways museums construct and classify their collections. Curated by Adriano Pedrosa, artistic director, and Guilherme Giufrida, assistant curator of MASP, together with guest curators Florencia Portocarrero and Sharon Lerner, director of the Museo de Arte de Lima, the exhibition highlights the depth and critical engagement of Gamarra Heshiki’s work.

Réplica opens on March 6, 2026, and will be on view through June 7, 2026.
